III. Your Do's and Don't's: Characters

Do's and Dont's ! When making a character, we all want one that is unique and special and pretty. And that doesn't necessarily mean that you can't have them like that. Though, there are some limits to what you can actually do with your character. If you are unsure of what type of character to make, then refer to this little guide. ✿(◕‿◕)✿ Do have any type of character make their appearance unique give them their own personality have them interact with others Don't make your character outrageous make your character extremely beautiful/handsome make you character seem like a god/goddess make your character dodge everything make your character a shifter have him/her a mary/gary sue.[li] A small compilation in which might be added to later. The reason I added "don't make your character outrageous" is because of people wanting their character to be "evil" or whatever. I know, you're probably gonna say, "BUT oRA!1! ,,i THOUGHT wE WeRe aLLOWED TO MaKE uNiQuE cHArACTeRS!" And you are. But there is a difference between an evil character and an angry character. Trust me, I have one. You can have your character say, woe is me, but don't make them call themselves evil over something stupid. "I left and came back and now my friends are all gone/dead, I'm such a monster and evil." Like, seriously, what? Sidenote: I have seen a post like this and holy heckle, I cringed until my skin fell off. Though, you can have them say something a bit more serious. "Wow, I just sat back and watched my friends die. And I sorta liked it. Damn." But please don't really have your character react to that. Be realistic, because I think everybody would be terrified of titans. Just, overall, don't play the evil card. So far, IN THE ANIME, nobody is downright evil. They do have motives and such, but not quite evil. Not much here, but I'm sure that more will be added.
